You can permanently delete your Valkara account and all associated data at any time, right here. We recommend downloading a copy of your data first — deletion is instant and cannot be undone.
Download Your Data First
Before you delete, save whatever you want to keep:
- In the app (your full chronicle): your character, quests, goals, attribute history and training live on your device. Export them in Valkara → Settings → Export (JSON backup + PDF character sheet). This is the complete record.
- Here on the web (your account data): sign in below and tap Download my data to save your account and profile information as a JSON file.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases from our servers:
- Your account and login (email, warrior name, password)
- Your public profile and any leaderboard, guild, mentorship and community-quest data
- Referral and affiliate records tied to your account
- Any feedback you submitted while signed in
Your character, quests, health and training data are stored only on your device — we never hold them on our servers. That on-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
How Long It Takes
- Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
- Any residual server backups are purged within 30 days.
- We may retain a minimal record only where required by law (e.g. tax/invoicing obligations under Slovak law), never for product use.

Sign in below. Because you are signed in, we know exactly which account to erase — deletion is instant and fully automatic.
Changed Your Mind?
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to take a break, you do not need to delete — just turn off notifications in your device settings, or simply log out.
