Delete Your Error Reports

Operated by TechniSK s. r. o. · Last updated: 29 July 2026

When Valkara crashes or an action fails, the app files a report so the fault can be found and fixed. Those reports are not attached to your account — they carry only a random reporting ID created on your device. You can erase every one of them here, instantly, and you do not need an account or a sign-in to do it.

Find Your Reporting ID

In the app: Settings → Version Info → REPORTING ID. Tap and hold to copy it, then paste it below.

If you no longer have it

Two places it may still be:

If none of those apply — you uninstalled the app and kept no backup — then the link is already broken and there is nothing left to erase. Those reports contain no name, no email and no account; without the ID, neither you nor we (nor anyone else) can tell which rows came from your device. They are deleted automatically within a year in any case. Under Article 11 GDPR, a controller who cannot identify a person is not required to collect more data in order to — and we will not start now, because doing so would mean linking reports to identities, which is exactly what this design avoids.

Delete Them Now

This erases every crash and failure report filed under that ID. It is instant and cannot be undone.

Why You Can Erase Them Here But Not Read Them Here

A fair question, and the honest answer is a security one. The reporting ID is the only thing standing between a request and the data — there is no password behind it, because there is no account. So the ID is allowed to do exactly one thing: delete. It cannot read.

The reason is what each mistake costs. If someone guessed an ID and it could only delete, the damage is that we lose some crash data — an annoyance for us, an exposure for nobody. If it could read, a guessed ID would hand a stranger the trail of what somebody's app was doing. We were not willing to trade that away for convenience.

So instead of showing you the rows, we tell you exactly what is in them, in full, and commit to it: the error message and its technical stack trace, a short trail of the steps the app took immediately beforehand, the screen it happened on, the app version, your device type and OS version. There is no name, no email, no account, no quest of yours and nothing you have written — which is also why we cannot connect any of it to you even if you asked us to. Article 11 GDPR covers precisely this situation: where a controller cannot identify a person from the data, it is not obliged to acquire more information in order to. We would rather answer your access question with a complete description than start linking reports to identities in order to answer it with a file.

If you want that in writing, or want to ask anything else about it, privacy@valkara.app reaches a person.

What This Does Not Cover

Or Just Switch It Off

In the app: Settings → Version Info → Report crashes and failures. Switching it off stops any new reports and deletes everything already filed under your reporting ID — you do not need this page at all.

Why There Is No Form to Write To Us

Deletion happens above, in full, the moment you press the button — there is nothing an e-mail could add. We could not act on one anyway: your reports carry no name and no account, so without the ID there is nothing for anyone to find, and with the ID this page is faster than any reply we could send.

Our contact address remains privacy@valkara.app for anything else about your data.
